In 2005, FSMA developed & executed a research project along with Mazimas & Associates to study the relationship between the agency & the manufacturer regional manager.  Over 150 people participated in surveys and interviews, and the results were helpful in understanding what works and what challenges need to be overcome.  The details of the findings can assist the members of our community to eliminate barriers that still exist today, strengthen this critical relationship and improve overall productivity.
