Membership Eligibility: There are three classes of membership within FSMA: sales agencies, manufacturers, and vendors supporting sales agencies and manufacturers.

• Applicants must have been in business a minimum of 12 months and have a reputable standing in their marketplace                         
• Applicants agree to provide information to FSMA to validate membership eligibility requirements are met                         
• Applicants agree to adhere to the principles embodied in the FSMA Code of Ethics                      
• Applicants agree to promptly pay annual dues
