Bob Watson - Chairman of the Board
Bob is a 1974 USC Graduate and founding member of FSMA, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Before founding Watson & Associates in 1989, which covers Southern California, Bob held the position of DSR at Newport Meat and PYA Monarch as well as working for Cook Boynton Co., which is a 4th generation Food Brokerage firm. Bob also worked at Standard Brands early in his career.
Bob has been on the DOT Foods Broker Advisory Board 3 times, has attended the NRA Shows for 30 consecutive years, has attended all 16 FSMA Top2Top Conferences for which he is a member of the planning committee, is a former 17 year - member of IFMA and 16 - year member of the FSIE Share Group, where he served as president.
Bob has been married to his wife Diane for 34 years and has a son, Spencer and daughter, Blair. In his free time he enjoys golfing, snow boarding, wake boarding, surfing, swimming, hiking and yoga.
Dan Cassidy
Dan is the President and Chief Operations Officer of KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc. a leading food service sales agency with nationwide operations; comprised of 500+ employee owners.
Dan began his career in foodservice in 1980; in 1984 he established his own business Cassidy and Myers Food Brokerage; in 1985 Cassidy and Myers merged with Tony Odorisio and Keith Dwyer forming Key Food Brokers. In 2001, Key Food Brokers merged with Impact Sales forming KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc.
Dan graduated in 1979 from St. Joseph's University with a degree in Food Marketing.
Dan is the proud father of three exceptional boys, Robert, Brian and Kevin and is married to his wife Kathy.
In his free time, Dan enjoys all athletic sports. Dan was the assistant coach for women's basketball at Villanova from 1978 to 1983. Dan currently coaches the 5th and 6th grade boys basketball at Saint Joan of Arc.
Jim Chisholm
Jim is one of the founders of Benchmark, and has been on their Board of Trustees since 1994. He was promoted to his current position, President/Partner, in 2001. Along with overall management of the company, Jim's current day-to-day focus is the Disposables, Equipment, and Supplies business. Jim's foodservice experience spans 23 years in sales and management. He pioneered the full-service agency concept of combining the sale of food and non-food. Jim continues to be very active nationally working with fellow agencies growing their disposables, equipment, and supplies business, and is active on a number of advisory councils.
Prior to his current position, Jim was the Director of the Disposables and Supplies Division at Morris Alper, Inc. Jim began his career in 1984, as a sales representative for Hoffmaster Paper Company. His last position was with Scott Paper as Eastern Regional Sales Manager and previous to that he held the position of Sales Manager. Jim received his B.S. Degree in Marketing from Boston College. Jim lives in Lynnfield, MA with his wife, Teri, and daughters, Kelsey and Kaitlyn. Jim is active locally as President of the Lynnfield Athletic Association as well as coordinating the Boston Kids Gear for Baseball, an organization that works with MLB's Baseball Tomorrows fund collecting used baseball equipment and distributing it to Boys and Girls clubs in the Boston area.
Todd Furr
At the age of 19, Todd began his foodservice career working for his father at C. Furr & Company Food Brokerage. Eight years later, Todd ventured out to start T. Furr & Associates Food Service Brokerage, where he remains as President & CEO. T. Furr's business encompasses Foodservice, Retail and Non-Foods arenas in the Baltimore, Washington and Virginia territories. In August of 2006, Buzz Crown Enterprises joined with T. Furr to form T. Furr & Associates, a unified regional foodservice sales and marketing agency adding coverage in the state of West Virginia. Todd resides in the Baltimore area with his wife of Cathy, and their sons, Austin and Alex.
Grant Huxtable
Grant is the founder and owner of PJB-Primeline. His career spans over 26 years in the food business, including management positions with Kraft Foods Canada and Oppenheimer Food Brokers.
In May 1994, Grant founded Primeline Food Partners. The business quickly grew to become one of the leading agencies in Western Canada. In June 2003, Grant purchased PJB Marketing, a leading Ontario agency, and merged the two companies. In January 2007, the business was expanded to the east coast of Canada to cover the nation.
PJB-Primeline is the only Canadian agency to be a member of the FSMA. Grant is also a board member of the BMC Sales Agency Organization and a past council member of a Distributor Broker Advisory Council.
Bill O'Connell
Upon graduating from Ohio State University, Bill started his foodservice career with Sara Lee. After spending 10 years in various sales and management positions, he moved on to Director of Sales for Del Monte Frozen Foods. He then went into the foodservice brokerage business and is President and CEO of MarketSmart, Inc. Bill resides in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife Valerie. He has two daughters, Colleen and Christi.
Kent Pfeifer
After attending the University of California at Northridge, Kent started his foodservice career with PYA Monarch. He spent 14 years in various sales and marketing positions, the last being Vice President. He went into the brokerage business in 1982 and ventured out into Western Foodservice Marketing as a regional broker covering the states of Washington, Oregon and Alaska in 1991. He is Owner and President.
Andy Wilson
Andy has been in the brokerage business since 1976. He is both President and Owner of Bocar Enterprises and has served in various positions with NFBA, ASMC and GMA. Andy served as Chairman of the FSMA Board of Directors in 2004-2005.
Stuart Wolff
Stu is President & CEO of Steiner-Wolff Sales & Marketing Service. Stu graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Business, majoring in Marketing and Hotel-Restaurant Management. His foodservice experience includes management with two national restaurant chains and managing and owning a Sales & Marketing Agency headquartered in Michigan for the past 25 years. Stu, as President, is in charge of the day to day operations of Steiner-Wolff Sales & Marketing. Steiner-Wolff currently operates offices in Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Stu resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with his wife and two sons.
